1.  lovestruck /ˈlʌvstrʌk/ adj.热恋中的/被爱冲昏头的

“被爱情冲昏头脑”表现出来的比较不理智的状态，相当于恋爱脑。

Jason is so lovestruck that he would do anything to please his girlfriend.

Jason是一个十足的恋爱脑，只要女朋友开心他做什么都愿意。 

2.be obsessed with someone 

  表示“对某人过度着迷”。

She’s completely obsessed with her boyfriend and ignores everything else in her life.

她完全沉迷于男朋友，生活中其他事情都不管了。

3. lose yourself in a relationship

表示“在感情里迷失自己”。

Don’t lose yourself in a relationship. You still need your own life and goals.

不要在感情里迷失自己，你还是要有自己的生活和目标。
